Nice to get a relatively ok week in Need to keep up some consistency. Going kayaking on Lough Erne this weekend. Finally some summer adventure which I have been sorely missing.
Knee is progressing I think. Running doesn't seem to be harming it anyway. I have a bit of stiffness after running but it's usally fine the next day and not sore I wouldn't say. Going on the cross trainer makes it even better so that's my plan for a bit of a longer training this week. I'll move the physio by a week as she suggesed doing if everything was going ok. Cycling might even be a possibility this week.
Monday: 1 hr x-trainer - progression Tuesday: strength/physio + 30 mins x-trainer Wednesday: 20 min run + 75 mins x-trainer (90 mins!) Thursday: 1 hr x-trainer - intervals Friday: am physio exercises + 20 min run. Driving to Fermanagh in the evening. Saturday: kayaking Sunday: kayaking

Progression, 15 min warm up then 5 mins at each resistance at 180 spm 7,8,9,10,11 and lasted 30s @12 Rest 4:30 mins 10,11 which was a right struggle Cool down Better than last week, nice to make some progress. Or maybe I just pushed harder who knows.
