2x 2400m 4x 200m 9:10, 9:10 30,31,31,31 Kinda screwed up my timing and had no warm up. Started slowly and built into it a bit leading out the group. Mostly felt nice and cruisy and then having to work a bit towards the end. 200s were hard work, felt good for form. Legs generally tied up a bit with about 50m to go.

Feeling kinda rough kinda walked bits of it and stopped my watch at the top. Back quite sore hasn't really recovered since QB weekend. Physio on Monday
