Run (road) intervals 31:38 intensity: (1:38 @0) + (10:00 @1) + (20:00 @5) 4.88 km (6:29 / km) +290m 5:00 / km
shoes: Innov8 212 New

Intervals with roar in Corsuet. 10 x 2 min, 1 min rest. Mostly uphill, but the last few were back down. I actually found the downs tougher than the ups. Included a look at a cool cave. Worth going back there with a torch.

Run (road) intervals 3:00 intensity: (1:00 @1) + (2:00 @5) 0.72 km (4:11 / km)
shoes: Innov8 212 New

One more interval cos why not

Run (road) warm up/down 9:25 [3] 1.78 km (5:18 / km) +31m 4:53 / km
shoes: Innov8 212 New

Heel fell off my shoe. Disappointing as I only got them at WOC

Pre-breakfast with roar. Wrapped the toe in tape so it couldn't move so no pain.
1 PM

Run (road) 37:19 intensity: (27:19 @3) + (10:00 @4) 5.08 km (7:21 / km) +269m 5:49 / km

Up to La Croix de Nivolet + with roar

Orienteering 26:59 intensity: (16:59 @3) + (10:00 @4) **** 3.71 km (7:16 / km) +19m 7:05 / km
spiked:8/10c shoes: Innov8 212 New

TG's course down. Nice, more in control of my O. Rainy though and water got into my map bag obscuring some controls, still legible enough but lost some time.

Run (road) warm up/down 3:47 [1] 0.64 km (5:56 / km) +10m 5:30 / km
shoes: Innov8 212 New

Back to car, colddd

Note

Whacked my toe of something yesterday, tried the morning run with roar but was sore. Ended up running on the side of my foot to avoid the pain so just went back
