Trail run in Drumkeeragh. Mighty slow... Must have been some trail bikes up there because it was very very muddy!

Up on Carlingford. Did a long leg course with Mark and we got horribly lost... Then had some good controls after that. :) Great fun!!

A small course on Carlingford. Was real nice course. I was getting into the area of the control easily but then failing to see the control. Usuall standing on top of it or running straight past it. No flags ya see. Good course to end the training on. :)

Middle distance race in Tollymore. Pushed round it hard and stayed focused for the whole thing surprisingly. No real mistakes, few times where I was a bit hesitant but other than that I was clean. Good jab!

At Hotrock good fun but my arms were killing by the end.

3km time trial in Tollymore, did it in 11 flat which was a minute slower than the last one 3km time trial I did, but that was on a track. Not really that happy with it but I wassnt expecting to do well

Relay race, 3 of us in a team and all of us had to do the two courses. irst team with all three people finished the courses won. Good fun, made some small mistakes but nothing major.

Leinster League race in Rossmore Park. The course was 9km.
Took me a while to find the start triangle on the map! But hit 1 well. Number 2 wasnt anything like what I was expecting, thought it was going to a cairn...
Lost a bit of time to 3 probably about 50s. Thought a green cross was a special tree for some reason...
Hit 4 fine, lapse of concentration going to 5 confused me a bit. Lost about 30s as a result.
6 was good, now had Colm on my tail... 7 wasnt were I had expected
Wasnt sure if I would be able to go through the green on the way to 8 but it didnt look nice.
Number 9 andd 10 were good. Colm had dropped me on the way to 10. Drifted off on the way to 11 probably lost 20s.
12 to 15 were all good but my legs were feeling it now.
16 and 17 went well. Slowed down going through the area of boulders on the way to 18 but I had slowed much too early. Roar had now caught me leaving 18 and then lost me in the forest on the way to 19 as I had a bearing fail...
20 to 22 were all goooood. :)

Basically I need to train more, stretch more and sleep more. Mstakes were generally due to a lack of map contact and I agree with Colm that i need to calm it down a bit.
