Walking warm up/down (Treadmill) 15:00 [2] 2.25 km (6:40 / km) +22m 6:21 / km

Didn't feel like running, so fast walk instead.

Stretching 6:00 [1]

Legs with roller. Quite tight.

Strength 1:05:00 [3]

Solid session of drills then legs, some arms, core and cool down to finish.
Tired but got through it.
