Park Series (Presentation event) 15:11 [4]
shoes: adidas

Really enjoyed this event - rain wasn't a problem though was worried prior in case of massive amounts of pebblecrete (which there wasn't).
Pity we couldn't use pivot point as the oval was closed - but rightly so- so distance down a bit. But what it did do was add to the concentration level required. Thanks to Joy and Rob and to Macquarie College.

gym class (Body Step) 1:00:00 [4]

Great relief instructor - intelligent young guy. Pushed us hard with solid workout and extensions.

gym class (Body Pump) 1:05:00 [3]

Disinterested - thinking about other things - lesson plan for afternoon.
PM - kids fantastic and they really got into the new game.

gym class (Body Step) 50:00 [4]

I think this was slightly tough because I was trying to push rather than losing fitness. Whatever, I worked hard. L hamstring tight but loosened up with a bit of stretching - most likely a remnant of yesterday's efforts.
6 PM

street run (Raspberry gully) 49:12 [5] 5.8 km (8:29 / km)
ahr:134 max:164 rhr:59 shoes: adidas

A really good challenge today - lots of options in the surrounding hills. Strangely picked the first control - a 3 then worked out the rest from there - not inspiring but happy with the result. Picked up points consistently but compared with others (eg rockman and Sharon B) not as economical. A lot of points lost (5) because of being late. Thomas whipped me good; don't know about Lyndy but did achieve >2/3 messEng (or close). Heaps of people and too many dogs.

gym class (Shape and Tone) 50:00 [4]

Excellent class with lots of variation. It is a pity that this class is limited to 50 minutes - it could well support an extra 15 or so. Numbers are the best for all classes as demonstrated by a full carpark.
4 PM

gym class (Fat Burner) 55:00 [4]

About average for this usually very good class. Mind still on other things - sculpture problems - which I sorted out after I got home. Deadline for this piece has been brought forward for exhibition.

Boring - thinking too much about sculpture problem or kids today going well c1-6 then screwing up big time. Can't figure out why.
