Up Lug from Fenton's. Quite a late one at Niall's wedding last night, wasn't sure how this would be but grew into it and it did me good.

Easy run from Niall's before the wedding. Went looking for a path along the river but there was none, so did laps of the pitches instead.
Went barefoot for a while, but swapped into shoes after a bit, as the ground was a little solid.
Threw in a couple of light 2min pick-ups towards the end.

Carnethy, interesting session - mix of climbs and descents to speed it up.
4' up, 2' down, 3' up, 1' down, 5' up, 2' down, 3' up, 1' down, 4' flat (on the bog).
15min of uphill, 4min flat, 6min downhill.

Taps aff weather, moving reasonably well, though struggled on the steeper 5min rep (up Purko's?).
Chipper & beer on the meadows after.

O-intervals on Devil's Glen with Corbett.
Navigating a bit better than the other day. A little more consistently focused. Still finding it a bit hard to get into a racing pace, but working reasonably well. Questioning the map a reasonable amount in places, making it a little hard to get into it.
Can't decide if Irish terrain is more vague than other places, or it's just the mapping, and I have strong suspicions it's the latter.
