Back in UCC again this week. So that'll enforce some rest. Survived Spanish Champs more or less. Tired but legs no worse then before I started. Calf still isn't right so will avoid running I think and keep working on it.
Monday - Rest (with a swim in the hotel pool)

Wednesday - Bike
Thursday - UCC
Friday - UCC
Saturday - UCC
Sunday - Bike (maybe a race)
