Harder than it should have been because I am very sore from KBs last night.

Ran 60 minute workout at 9:40 with 12 1 minute 6% incline Runs at each .5 mile distance

Ran 5 minute cooldown at 10:45ish

60 minute marathon tempo at 8:57
15 minute cooldown at 10:00

Pretty easy run, little shin splint pain during warmup, but went away. Marathon pace was not difficult, just boring after a while. Legs were a little tired at the end, but could have kept it up for a while
