Checking controls (and helping place last few) in Trossachs. Feeling a bit better than Saturday, but still not bouncy.

Checking controls in Trossachs for SOL 1. Feeling dreadful from the start - weak and powerless - maybe not eaten enough on Friday? Improved as plod went on and positively racing along at end - ie was at least jogging!
