Roller ski workout, mostly up hill along Fortune Parkway.

Night run along the canal, getting chilly, but is balmy compared to what it'll be like in a month

A power-yoga work-out (think people yelling out POWER YOGA) at the Upward Dog centre in Ottawa. Not to be confused with Up the Dog, which is a maritime expression of some sort.

Pretty good rollerskiing workout, did some serious double polling periods. My skiis are so slow and I'm a weak double poller so it was a hard workout

LGO B meet at Mont Blu CEGEP, site of the start of the Keski. Really nice woods, map left alot to be desired, especially with 6m contours. Had a real problem finding control 8 probably lost a good 5-10 minutes there.
