ANNUAL ROUNDUP
started Jan fittish with PB @ SVparkrun. Still running well into Feb but r.glute.ham recurred during NSLs. Started to get out on bike & did Pretty pigs end Feb. In March upped the running (rerun Sutton NYD score) but overcooked it late March with Parkrun + roadrelay on dsame day and then 3 days long, hilly, hard jogging in pennines (IN WRONG SHOES?) -> stress fracture/l.sh.splints? April abandoned to crutches and boot. 2 weeks gentle walking on Shetland early May then a fail at 2hr Dovedale MM. Visited Achieve physio for exercise regime. Back walking in June 27miler late in the month. Lots of physio. Brittany on bike in July and walk/jog parkrun Back running Aug with clem dench group, all clear feom Ricky and WhRose at end of month. Sept 3hr solo jog on long mynd and plenty of HPark training runs. Ill at end of month then H kicked in :-( at start of Oct. Picked up running through Oct & Nov then Bobs full nite race and Medeira at strat of Dec then a virus but managed a muddy 20mile Offa walk before xmas.

However I have been getting a fair bit of pain/tightness in the top of my adductor/pubis area. Cant say how long this has been coming on, probably the last 6 months, definitely since Halsway Manor

Looking ahead - want to be able to move over rough ground. Grindleford peak raid3 in dec was an embarrsment. So must do lots of the physio that Ricky gave me + specific. S&C. L.big.toe may become my main limiting factor.
