Around the scrubby woods with Mike, Will and Phil. None of us were happy that the council had metalled some of the paths.

With Phil, Mike, Will and Ray. Into the scrubby bit and then reversed the large lap before picking up some stakes to help collect in the course.

Mid Lancs Cross-Country, Thorncliffe, Barrow-in-Furness.
Set off in the top 10 without having to go very hard. The first lap was a medium so we only did a small loop after going through the hedge.
Got going over the far track and went hard from there. Reeled in the Wiganer

7x 2:30 alternating between standing and sitting high resistance. Good hard work.
Good stretch-out afterwards.
