Running tempo 1:29:00 [4] 16.0 km (5:34 / km)
ahr:167 max:194

Drove up to Forrest with bun and g fry.
Did 2x 15mins at about 185 hr
Found the first one real hard to keep the hr in the range because it was a really twisty track.
Fair few hills around which pushed me quite hard.
Also got a fair bit lost on my second effort and found myself goin in circles around some random loop.
The gps route might be interesting so I'll post that when I get back from the coast.
Kinda wished I had my bike out here for this place. Real good

Running long 1:56:00 [3] 21.0 km (5:31 / km)
ahr:164 max:182

Tried to get out kinda early because Lorne is pretty much a breeding ground for things that want to kill you.. And I didn't feel like ring turned into snake fodder today.
So headed around the foreshore and up the erskine falls track all the way up, which got pretty rough towards the end so going was slow. After that I smashed it out around to blanket leaf car park and snuck a drink from the possibly bacterial rainwater. Then it was just a straight shot home via qdos.
Sprawled out on the beach on the way home... That's my kind of recovery!

Running 45:00 [3] 6.5 km (6:55 / km)
ahr:147 max:169

After a solid talking to from bun about how all my sessions rate as training effect 5 on the garmin, I agreed to do a recovery run today. Calves were also quite sore so maybe it was a good idea.
I was instructed that under no circumstances should my hr go above 155... Mission accomplished

Running 46:00 [3] 10.0 km (4:36 / km)
ahr:173 max:189

Thank god it wasn't quite as hot as the last couple of days. So cruised around the beach front track with some extra bits up the erskine falls track.
Bit more of a tempo session this one. Had some solid pace on.

Running 58:00 [3] 8.5 km (6:49 / km)
ahr:176 max:198

Omfg running in 33+ degree heat is the worst kind of death.
Down in Lorne now so it's hills-galore. Managed to struggle up from the beach around the road to sheoak car park. Was put in the hurt box only after about 15mins and was out of sweat pretty soon after. Not real fun.
