3x10 75lb back squats with 3x10 #6 pull downs. Haven't done these in about 6 weeks, I think, and I need to do them for my back. A little catch in the R adductor. So take it slow.

Pleasant visit with Peter and Gail, and surprised to find Walter there, whom I hadn’t seen in quite a few years.
Travel day. I had visions of having energy to do something useful when I got home, but it turned out that I didn’t. Flight was fine. Got home around 3:30.
