Some pretty strenuous shoulder and knee rehab at Brian's. Working on range of motion on the shoulder and moving it some places it definitely didn't think of on its own. Five different shoulder exercises as I recall, all of them working both shoulders, as they both need it. The R is the one that was surgically repaired and it has more limited mobility, but in some positions the L hurts more.
Also some time on the bicycle and a spate of other leg exercises aimed at strengthening the area around the knee. Knee generally feels pretty good.
