Did a CXWORX class at fysiken, it was actually so good! Pretty much all core using hand weights and stretch bands

A cycle on my own after. 5min speed 5min harder resistance etc. Passed the time by attempting to read the swedish subtitles on the tv, some soap opera was on and I managed to pick up that one guy just woke up from a 4 day coma and was asking about a girl and his family didn't seem to like it. Not really fussed that i couldn't much more than that!

A bit undecided whether to have a rest today or not but i haven't ended up with a whole heap of time to train so i went with it. It's a day of presenting one assignment and writing another instead!

6x hill intervals in Slottsskogen each was 380m by my watch. Really tough! The first bit was super steep and then it was just a matter of holding on for the rest of the long incline. And no lights for the last section meant we couldn't see the top either. Went out a little too hard I think and the first was much faster than the rest. Been a while since I've done hills, they hurt! Really good session though!

Shocker of a session from me tonight. I felt so so sick and i just couldn't keep my legs going! Plus first time wearing my thermal and i felt like it was choking me, and thats kind of annoying because i'll either have to learn to deal with it or get buy a new one i guess... 5 x 1km intervals around the 8km track at Skatås. A few hills in there but i just was not feeling good today, planning to make up for it at tomorrows training!

I got the chance to run leg 2 for the second team at Smålandskaveln! Super super super nervous for the start but i kept it calm enough and was really happy with the first half. Started getting a bit tired and made a stupid mistake on number 5. I drifted out of the gully i had to go up, then had a really bad exit out of the control and from then on i was just super sloppy. I didn't plan enough ahead and kept changing my mind on route choices and lost a bit of urgency. Quite happy to have not made a maaaasssssive mistake though! Still lost a few places but the last two runners made up for it, fun day! :)

Had high hopes of so many better sessions this week :( An easy jog today because i still feel a bit spacey in the head for some reason... Felt so good to get out for a run though, and it was slow but I felt alright in the legs. Super nice day today!

Felt pretty alright today minus a bit of a headache so i did a cycle at the gym. It was like the instructor was having his own little disco and we were just in the same room, we had Kylie Minogue, Disco Inferno and Daddy Cool. I've never seen someone on a bike move their arms so much it was hilarious!

Was at uni this morning and i started to feel super dizzy for some reason. Went home and spent about three hours laying down and thought i was alright to go to training but it wasn't good when i got up to get ready. And I don't know why! It's definitely not from lack of rest or food or sugar or anything, and i didn't think i was that stuffed up in the head anymore. A bit confused by it :(

Update: a whole night of nothing made me realise it could be the b12, I haven't been injected since i've been here because Josh isn't here to do it (Josh another incentive for you to come visit), so i'm going to get back to those tablets and if i don't feel better in the morning hopefully thats all it is.

Went for like a 2hr walk because i was mad i had to pass on a cool long run with Christian and Viktoria, and i found a nice hill in the sun to do a tiny strength session on. Think this is it for today but tomorrow i plan to be feeling great and back to normal training, hopefully!

Body Blitz at fysiken, good class again. Feeling a little more stuffed up now than I did before, it's just like there's pressure in my ears. Think the change in temperature from outside to inside is making it worse...
In other sad news my watch tan has just about completely disappeared, starting to question whether I should still be wearing shorts :/

Not feeling any worse today which is good, but i had to sprint for the bus and decided if i exercised today i would actually feel worse tomorrow. Ill be good for at least strength tomorrow, and hopefully i feel fab enough to go for at least a little jog because I want to see all the orange trees in Ängårdsbergen!

First time ive got to go to one of these. Today was a pretty technical and longer sprint course. Didn't have the speed in my legs to go for it like a sprint which should've meant i could do brilliantly technically but it didn't happen. I think i was just exhausted and didn't have the concentration, even went to 15 instead of 13 and did the last loop in reverse :| It was a nice way to do a longer run though and i got to see a part of gothenburg i hadn't seen yet!

Actually just looked at my watch and i was running slower in this than what i did on the way there or home... It was a fair but hillier but still... oops!

And then the run back home. A little worried now i feel like i'm getting a cold but i'll have a whole day and a half rest now so hopefully i'm all good.

Pyramid intervals today, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 with half the interval time as recovery. Felt sore from yesterdays strength beforehand and super bloated for some reason so i wasn't feeling fast, but im super pleased i did the whole session. I'm sure i have never done intervals with this much effort time before so i think maybe there's some improvement happening, not so much with my speed but i finished feeling relatively strong, so woooo! Wasn't going suuuuper fast but im quite happy with the consistency of the pace, had two older men running at about the same for the whole session so that was really good.
Also i think i'm setting new records daily for the coldest temperature i've trained in, today was about 5 or 6 degrees i was told!

Middle distance, same map as yesterday but the course was more north and it felt quite a bit different! I lost a bit of time on one control and I stopped too early on almost every control I think but I'm still relatively happy with the run. Super fun terrain and course! and apart from being a huge wimp on the downhills I felt like I was running at an ok pace for me, clearly not compared to the other girls on my course though aha.

25 Manna! I was in the 3rd GMOK team and on the last leg so it was quite a long day of waiting around, but I got to see all the action and even the presentation before I started so it was still good. Plus I ended up going out in the mass start which is probably the biggest mass start I've ever been in so that was kind of exciting. Crazy to see how much time i lose even just doing tiny stupid things. Wasn't fast enough to keep up with the first runners for more than the first few controls, then I led a small group through some close controls in the middle but I was too hesitant and a bigger group caught up. Really enjoyed it though, suuuuuuuch a cool event!!!

Woke up this morning with suuuuuper wrecked hip flexors and quads after yesterdays training so spent the whole day thinking about how hard this would be. I warmed up ok though and it helped a lot having so many people to train with. Today it was sets of 4min, 3min, 2min with 1min break. I decided i should do two and then just jogged with another girl, but then we caught up with the group for their last 2min interval and i couldn't not join in on it. Happy enough with my pace i think, especially considering how hilly the track was. Getting super excited for the weekend!

A run in Änggårdsbergen, this time by myself and I did miss my local tour guides because I had nooooo idea where the good tracks were. Had my hitta-ut map though so it was quite fun and didn't feel too long. Some of the trees are starting to go orange which is cool! Got home and one of the guys in my kitchen was taking a fresh batch of kanelbullar out of the oven, I <3 Sweden

A non-forked relay in Skatås. I ran leg one, all went fine navigationally but I guess when you have heaps of people around confirming the way you're going it makes it quite a bit easier. Still was a little off with my compass though. I'm just too slow!!! Cannot wait to get myself strong enough to not feel quite so much on struggle street with the ups and downs here.

Run from home. Threw in some surges after 15 and 30 minutes, nearly all of the first set ended up being either uphill or straight down so I didnt really feel like I could get my legs turning very well. I just feel a bit slow!

Mostly core on the floor at my place, which sadly hasn't got more comfortable
