Running 20:23 [3] 3.0 km (6:48 / km)
3 x 1km's every 7 and a half minutes. The first was 5:13, the second 5:18 and the last 5:23. So they weren't real quick at all... but i was not to concentrate on the time but just finishing it all.
It definitely got tighter but no real pain or anything do that was great! :)
