End of the rest week (hadn't intended for it to be a rest week but the weather hasn't been very nice and i've had a blister on my toe which makes running hurt) time to crack on with some tough training again :)

Decided to do the 4kTT again, same as last time which is good because i was fairly fit last time i did it.

Ran down to portobello again but this time i went round to leith then back past waverley and over the mile. Note to self: 'don't go to leith'.
Starting to really enjoy these longer runs.

Had a go at skiing, snow was really sticky so we couldn't get any speed, went over a jump. Pretty tiring walking around in ski boots.

Ran with ross down to portobello beach and back, south of arthur's seat on the way there and north on the way back. Ross didn't feel too good, neither did I actually but not too bad.

felt ok, right calf quite tight from this morning, left not so much
