Swimming 25:00 [3]

did aout 32 lengths, felt pretty gd after,usual im dead but was ok!would have done more but got pretty busy andad stuff 2 do.

Circuits 55:00 [3]

warm up,drills, then some sprints.
then high leg things over the hurdles, cut my foot :(
then agility, changeing direction.
6*10 bar rollouts
st ups *40 with medicin ball
40* throwing ball up,lying down

don't really know what anythings realy name is, but i makes sense to me :)
