Laps at Y including 3 sets of 3 laps at: 61/60/61 - felt better than I expected.
Machines 36:00 [3]
12 double sets at Y. It's been a long time so eased up on weights a bit. Left shoulder bothered only be one machine - very light weights on that one.
Swimming 27:00 [2]
6*6 sets - as 3rd exercise set, felt tired - good for shoulder.
Then Gumbo and a beer at new Sister Cities Cajun restaurant on Grand - very sleepy. :-)
