Green (contour only - Lidar) course - 4.8k with 14 controls.
Had to look at O map to find number 14. Also struggled to find finish. Otherwise good.
This is the first time I've used Lidar - really impressed!

Saw an oxprey part way round run - the first local one of the year.
Also 18 holes at Muthill with H. 14th was dire! Tried to go over a bunker, failed; and then struggled to get back out - 9 on a par 3. Can't even blame the map! :-(

Wore new shoes with lots of cushioning - weird feeling, but heavy and awful where crossfall.
Some pluses though - I can reach the car pedals when the seat is at its most distant, my feet stay dry running through puddles and I can see over high hedges.
Heard my first cuckoo of the year.
