Also saw orthpaedic specialist who thinks my foot has either a neuroma or subluxation - ultrasound needed to determine which.

M55+ 2.2k with 18 controls.
Still not over my bug, but great to be running/racing again! :-)
Couldn't have got near Olsoran's time!

Scottish Night Championships - Kinnoull Hill - great place for a night race!
M55 - 3.5k with 185m of climb and 16 controls.
Ran the first part of the course with my head torch on it's lowest setting. Orienteered better once I realised and increased the lumens!
