With G.Wnd behind us apart from an occasional quite scary crosswind out to North Berwick via Drem We had decided ahead of time to get the train back, so no loss of face, but my goodness it would have been tough. Both on Ribbles.

A surprisingly ok time to swim (5.45) though it was quieter when I got out. 58 lengths. A bit of unwelcome cramp.
