Here I am documenting a little trundle on Blackford Hill. Just shows how rarely I do any proper weight bearing exercise. Lovely evening, raspberries for the taking, and I did at least pick a route worthy of an orienteering.

With G. This was supposed to be the same as the Social bikes route a few weeks back... But we started at Fankerton rather than Denny and we ended up at a nice teashop in Kippen rather than the Soup Dragon. A really beautiful route with fantastic views to a line of west coast munroes so my poor navigation didn't matter too much. We took the route on the south side of the Carron V reservoir on the way back , safe in the knowledge that the social bikers who had been there had said the surface was as good as the road. They have pants on fire.
The plus side is that the road home from there feels as smooth as a baby's bottom/ second hand car salesman's verbiage or whatever the simile is.
