Chasers training from the Peelies. Arrived late after a good gossip with the babysitter, so did 5*2 min intervals by myself around Walton school field. For a flat football pitch, it felt a bit too hilly, especially into a wet head wind!
Gloomy dusk run to finish in the dark - had the Chase to myself. Nice to be out there again, shame I didn't have time to go further but luckily the social worker couldn't find my medicals for this afternoon so I got home earlier than anticipated and squeezed a run in. Enjoyed it, but found the hills harder than I was expecting to.

Circuits. 30 + run then 30 straight. 28/28/26 lat bench jumps (not first exercise for the first time for months). Finished up with the plank. Held it for 2 minutes, but too much good food in the last week or so. Well done Sophie - todays champ with 3 minutes 15!
