Indoor biking 40:00 [3]

Had some time for biking but wanted to watch soccer - combined the two.

Running 1:26:53 intensity: (46:53 @1) + (40:00 @4) 17.14 km (5:04 / km) +64m 4:59 / km

4 x 8min x 2min. Perfect interval training - that kind that is hard to do on your own - i.e. that long. Kept pace just under threshold - also where I want it and it felt much better than Tuesday's TNT.

Indoor biking 50:00 [3]

Legs were really sore last night from the intervals but much better today. Nevertheless, played it safe and biked.

Running 1:03:35 intensity: (28:35 @1) + (35:00 @5) 11.3 km (5:38 / km) +209m 5:09 / km

Oops. Not ready for this one. I had one interval in me. That was pretty much it. Fought through the others in some heavy rain.

Watched some real live soccer (Isak's team). The game had to stop when the mother of one of the linesmen told him he had to go home. That was a new one.

Running 32:00 [1] 6.0 km (5:20 / km)

Had a few min to spend between work and picking up kids so tossed in a little run in the neighbourhood.

Running 43:49 [2] 7.98 km (5:29 / km) +88m 5:12 / km

Churchill and Cootes during soccer practice. I could definitely feel yesterday's run and the one from earlier today but things are going in the right direction.
