Wastrel ride, North Shore and then up Kerns and Parkside/Snake home. Split up in two groups along North Shore and I was able to hang on to the first one. Going up Kerns that group split up in a few smaller parts. I was in top group until the last, steep climb. Couldn't follow and teamed up with Jan, Dave B, and Nick. Great ride overall.

Route choice O was on the schedule and it is better if you are two so I joined Isak and went to ACC. Woods are still decently runnable except for the NE that was very^2 nasty in places. Knee a bit sore. Too bad because it has been rather good as of lately but training has been relatively intense the last couple of days so perhaps no surprise.

Intervals up and around Mount Albion. 8 x 90/60. It has been a while since I did intervals but not a bad session actually.

Hopefully the last Zwift for a while but it is nice to have when it is a bit damp outside and a bike ride is on the schedule. Did the same Wed event as in the past, good pace throughout. Tired to push it a bit last lap together with a dozen others between the top riders and the peloton but eventually got caught by the big group anyway. 50-60th out of 150 perhaps.

It has been a few years since I was at Richard's Memorial Park (still never been used for any kind of event) and Jack Darling Park so headed over to see if maps still okay and aside from the odd tree cut down and some new/fewer trails, they are good to go.
