Stage 4 and middle distance. Terrain was close to the city so lots of trails but detailed hills as well. Overall a good race but did drop 30s a couple of times, wandering around inside the circle. Foot ok but tricky to run down hill. Climbed 7 places despite being a middle distance but I have 7 runners starting within 1.5 min behind me tomorrow. Ugh.

Flat-ish, some open rock, generally good runnability and visibility => Parry Sound vibes in places.
Ground rocky at times which my foot didn't like slow pace at times. Knee is not bothering while running though. Good start like previous days then drifted a bit to one control and had lots of stops and hesitation to another. Rest was good. Climbed back up a few placings, 37th now.

Stage 2. Fantastic terrain for most part, just a bit too rocky for me. Pretty much nothing else but contours, boulders and cliffs and a few small marshes. Had a decent start but things started to fall apart just before halfway. Total amount well above 5 min. Not good. Knees okay but foot not good either. Rest day tomorrow which is good timing. Day was saved by Isak's great race and Lia bouncing back.

Stage 1 of Oringen. Sweet open forest for most part but had to run through a few denser areas and it got a bit too rocky and steep at the end. Good start, but lost a minute to 2, saw it but ignored it...good flow after that but then I got into trouble at the end, did a small number on my foot and I started to look more on the ground then the map. Lost 2 min maybe. 23rd before this which I would happy with but finished 34th.
