Vinterserien from järla club house toward sickla

nice area and course but legs and head not really in it (feeling tired), no matter how many times i try to pull it together. no speed and not planning all the way to the control (picked an attack point and into control but tryed winging it the rest, lazy)

still enjoyed it though

last night nightmare today pretty good. just steady away but in the right directions.
spent all day with a right munk on because of last night glad to get it out my system

reasons for last night problems
not concentrating / thinking of other thing
running to hard
and not using compass (not enough, not at all or just not correctly?)
