Club relays - Green
Me, Stu Hoo and Alice Leake came 2nd over all 1:30mins behind the feilds. I did Green and White ran quite well so two good results and won them both (made up for yesterday)

Ok though the fist half but then seriously messed up at 14.
I didn't push to hard because my legs were still acking from thursday and I wont to do well tomorow in the relay.

Came off the first hill in second place but when I got into the marsh I made a navigation error and then some bloke said he knew was and told me to follow him back to the tack and he took me the wrong way and added 2.5 to 3 miles on top of every thing else. So I lost the pack and worked hard to catch them up, but I didn't and was nakered by the time I was at the bottom of the second hill

Went for a small run because my legs were still stiff from sunday dropped off early because I needed to save my self for thursday (3peaks)
I did the most daft thing ever, I went to jump a gate but saw something on the flore as I took off and ended up jumping into it!! I'm lucky no one saw
