Backcountry skiing 4:00:00 [3] +1200m

Climbed over to Hidden Bowl and then over to long Qua. Had a couple nice runs before deciding to take it easy and head back to the yurt early. Not as tired today although still sick. The snowpack is pretty shallow here this season. It feels like xmas not February. Snow quality is good though - especially considering this prolonged dry spell we've been in.

Skiing in to Qua yurt and then a climb up to South Seeman peak to take in the view. Felt pretty wasted by the climb.

Morning at the ski hill with my dad. Legs felt great which was a bit suprising. No new snow so mainly skiing the groomers.

Strendurance C. Felt tired - I think I got a bit of the illness after all.

Tour de MacPherson today as I skied every trail except mountain climb and only one trail got skied in both directions. Felt kind of tired initially - I thought maybe I was getting Courtney's illness - but things seemed to improve after about 10km. Conditions were a bit slower than a few weeks ago.
