So today the covid modelling initiative went nuts, with everyone having to put pseudo out-of-office notices to cope with email demands.
I went our for an hours run at lunchtime across Blackford, Braids, Mortonhall, forgetting that an hour's run now takes 80 mins

A run. Astlie Ainsley loop, Meadows big lap, back through AA. Felt like running, except when people cane whizzing past. And lumbering past.

Out via Temple to Gladhouse - hadn't done the loop this way before, and duly put in an extra loop before getting there. Came flying back on the empty A road through Lasswade, then swung around Danderhall cycle path because its there. Got "social distanced" by four other cyclists. Generally pretty agreeable use of once out of the house for exercise.
