Got expelled from the gym after 15min as I had no shoes on (only socks), tough regime.

Nice lunch ride with stone on Zurich's "8"; Buechenegg-Albis-Buechenegg-Waldegg. We pushed hard on the 2nd Buechenegg, good legs. Avg Pwr 157W.

First two laps of the Süpercross course with chris_b, then later on the day a loop in the Tüfelschäller. Lots of nice single trails. Had very good legs today, too bad that I haven't fully recovered from my rip injury and thus couldn't ride the Süpercross race today.

Rafzerfelder OL, S&E 1 w. ms_treegarden. Felt rusty on my single loop, navigation was clean. Hip hurt a bit towards the end. Fun event with 4 loops on 2 maps.
