Der Monat Mai war volumenmässig mein bester Trainingsmonat seit August 2019, bzw. seit Elin's Geburt. Nach dem lausigen Wintertraining wegen den Rückenproblemenen und Krankheiten gehts nun auch formmässig wieder schön aufwarts.
