Note
(injured) (rest day)

A car trip to see a castle that was up to big a hill to steep to contemplate climbing, shame as it was impressive. Lots of aching due to the travel.

Three weeks today. Lots of improvement but it still feels as if there is some way to go as although I can now move about, it still hurts a lot when I move even slightly awkwardly. Another session in the pool which was very nice.

A few wee walks but not a lot else today.

Note
(injured) (rest day)

Another pool session. Lots of movement but still no floating. More improvements though and it is so much less painful than when I think back to a week ago. Still only takes a tiny 'wrong' movement to cause much excessive pain though. How long do bones take to fix?

Note
(injured) (rest day)

Aching quite a bit from yesterday's efforts but mostly in my shoulder and as a tired sort of pain, but it still hurts a lot. Back also suffering a little and was quite sore after the afternoon potter (which is my training session at the moment, but I don't think that I'm breaking 20mpk yet!). However, still a lot better than last week and improving all the time.

Made it to the pool for real today. Was able to walk around and move my arms but couldn't float as it put too much pressure on my back (way to much). But in general another good day of recovering.

Note
(injured) (rest day)

An active day but feeling better; didn't have any drugs at all during the day despite being dragged around the locality by Aislin and Jonny. Was planning on a pool swim but it was shut so we headed for the river to an amazing plunge pool. The limit of my involvement in this was making it to the riverside but the others had a full (but cool) session jumping off rocks. Something to look forwards to next summer.
