Father's Day Intervals - yee-ha. 5x 3min I-pace + 3-min jog. Went from home up to airport then Yukon college/Takhini. Lots of nice flowers (lupins etc.) out. Timing of intervals seemed bad because I frequently had downhills on the interval.
