Slept quite long-felt great, but my thigh felt terrible after yesterday's fall

Left thigh was screamin from yesterday's fall, was and still stiff af, gotta go for massage and proper recov sessions
Anyways, felt pretty Strong despite being tired af..

Went pretty good, one big mistake in the 4th, following others to a control which was our 4th in that round (not that far off)

Felt a bit tired in legs but still managed to have a good training, maybe it had a different effect on my legs As intended
