Reran the 1 mile hill loop in the park (45m climb), 4 good runs and then I switched up to see what it is with a power walk - 1/3 slower, but much less strain. Also pushed it back down the hill to see what that different is.

Interesting that in my present state, it is about the same time to run up and recover on the down as it is to walk up and run down... Think I came to the same conclusion skiing... Gotta get to the place where I can run up and down;-)
