Bailed on the session after dying at 5min/k. Woke up with a sore throat this morn but havnt felt that bad during the day. Felt shit running. Garmin hr said average 175, could be completely wrong but felt right so not good. Hoping it doesn’t develop into one of the horrible lurgies going around
