3 x 10 min uphill ints. Body didn't know what to make of it at first but settled into an ok rhythm. Legs feel strong, lungs don't.

Lunchtime run from work with John and Gilbert, feeling ok and surprisingly smashed the others at will. Hopefully this means i'm fairly well recovered. Numb feet though.

First ride on the new bike. Big step up from the old Anthem. Just better everywhere, but most noticeably on the downhills. Will take a few weeks to get used to the dropper I think, but feels awesome already. Super fun. Whole new set of more difficult tracks have just opened up to me.
