shoes: Giant Anthem X 29er 1

MTB up fringe (classic), along Black Dimond (mostly pushing), Coppermine Loop, Into SHarlands and back. Feeling surprisingly strong the whole time for some reason, awesome long loop.

Ride through Codgers up to 4 corners and down the Classic. Not feeling great. Super sore legs from gym session this morning. don't know why wasn't any harder than normal.

Lunchtime run with the normal. Legs still feel a little tired but at the same time feeling a bit fitter.

shoes: Sharp 6.5

Monday evening kayak race. In the Haven so pretty flat. Went better than I expected considering lack of Kayak training. Behind, Andrew, Simon, Kim and Joe, but ahead of the chasing pack, so maybe I'm not as weak as I thought.
