Trial run of Skyline Trail Run course (this Sunday 8am) with Sam and Hill . Moderate to light rain, puddles and flowing rivulets. Hanging streamers. FDF's really bad, rain is obviously no deterrant. . High, open hilltops had none. Sam and Hill were wearing blue tops, bad

Dedham July 4th 5 miler with Sam, Hill and Judy.
Somewhat disappointed, I have run it 3 times in the last 5 years, with a time +- 2 seconds. Consistancy is nice, but I wish the training this year would have produced SOME improvement!.

Sam Hill and I met with Paul, Nancy and Darlene who will be directing the Skyline Trail Race for me next Sunday (fundraiser for Junior Team). Did most of first half of Don't Do Boston 50Km.
