crap run, my knee was not being nice to me and I had to pull out after 3/4 of the course. Not a good day.

Sprint at USQ Ipswich.
Ok run, knee wasn't great and then there was the issue of the two controls being switched which cost me probably 10 seconds and then the last 4 or 5 controls on the map were virtually unreadable due to the darkness of the printing of the colour of the buildings so I went to #13 before #11 and then lost more time mucking around trying to find #12. #5 was nicely hidden as well. My running wasn't that great either.

Good run, waay better than this morning. Even though my knee was being a poop still I tried to ignore it and get a good feel for tomorrows terrain. Really vague and at one point going to #3 I wasn't sure where I was but trusted myself in that I wouldn't have gone completely off and ended up hitting the control straight on.
Wasn't planning to do the whole course but I was feeling pretty good out there so just kept at it. Hopefully my knee will hold up enough tomorrow. Second fastest time after Winnie woo!

Finally went to the physio for my knee.
Thankfully he said I should be able to run this weekend without doing any major damage.
Going to keep it strapped until afterwards.
