A version of heroes hills with Tenty, Lova and Nicki.

3 x 7min up with jog down recoveries
1min, 2 x 30s, 1min shorter reps with a walk down recoveries on the steep bit of Waller Rd.

Enjoyed this so much, great weather and fun to really push hard!

So much fun and pretty pleased with my run except messing up the penultimate control so euoc got passed. Love scandy orienteering and team did really well going from 965 start bib to finishing 158th. I went out in 217 so pleased to have taken ~60 places

Not a good day but felt so much better after this, lovely views and as soon as I got to the top of loose hill felt I was running well. Never pushed it too hard and really enjoyed it
