First two were good, third one I was getting very slow and sloppy. Struggling to read the small passages and blocked alleyways in the housing estate, but hopefully that was mainly because it was 1:5000.

Not feeling it today...couldn't push myself or move up through the gears. Was supposed to be faster intervals, but was running slower than I was for the tempo sessions.

I never know if it's just me being mentally weak and not pushing hard enough or something physical. But definitely not the first time this has happened where my legs just feel completely drained of energy and stuck in plod mode.
