Legs feeling zippy but unfortunately the rest of my body is not feeling great at all. Not really sure what's wrong with me. No usual coughing/snotting symptoms but just have this general ill feeling in my head/mouth and tired brain/lack of focus.

Trains were striking today, so had to drop Jonny to the airport. Found a map of Piccadilly which looked very Verona-relevant (at least on paper) so combined drop off with some training.
Was a lot busier/more car traffic than I was imagining so was quite hectic and hard to get into a good flow.

Not feeling very good, map was really tiny and hard to read, and couldn't get into the top section due to construction, so sacked it off after only 2 reps.
