I've acquired poison oak in several locations: some spots on my right arm, a patch on my right oblique, a small patch on my back, and large areas of my thighs, which is the only one to cause any manner of discomfort. It seems to be mild, in that it merely consists of an itchy rash, with no blistering or rupturing of skin. I am calling myself injured, because running is problematic at best when you have an itchy rash on your inner thighs.

A little more pimp in my limp today. After running not-horribly in the long at TT and the classic distances in CA, I'm thinking maybe I'm a more well-rounded orienteerer than I thought. Or, put another way, not much better at sprinting than other distances. So maybe I should tailor my training plans accordingly.

Straight exhausted today. Woke up with dead legs, lower back stiffness, and weird chest discomfort which has not gone away. I think my body is falling apart.
