Burley Griffen parkrun and felt good to 3.5 kms then the right calf tightened - kept going tho but did not push too hard. Warm conditions with little breeze meant it was a bit sweaty.

Peleton of 4 for the usual LBG spin. Nice riding weather - overcast but warm. Stopped briefly after winning hill sprint (again) to check out the goats-for-hire eating blackberries beside the lake. Bit of a discussion over coffee about twerking amongst a wide range of other topics.

Run with Grant from Hall to top of One Tree Hill and back - seemed to climb all the way up and kept looking for the downhill on the way back - given it is an out and back course. Spotted 2 echidnas next to track on way down. Great views of the ever expanding suburbs of Canberra - nice weather.
