LBG circuit with Des - tailwind on the way into Kingston Foreshore - thus a headwind home. Tried out the replacement cafe for 38 Expresso - if one failed there I am not sure why someone else would try/succeed.

Feeling back to normal at last so used the analog bike to do the usual circuit Crit track/Denman Prospect/back of Coombs and Wright/near GGs hill/Great Wall of Curtin and then back up the Col to our abode. Three layers on the chest and long fingered gloves - cool but also sunny.

Ballinfad Creek map - classic ACT spur gully (altho event in NSW past Captains Flat) - steep and tricky in parts and some timber on the ground. Again did the shortest hard course and walked virtually the whole way. Spiked all controls altho a bit wayward between 3 and 4. Lovely weather.
