Walk with the pooch at Coolman ridge while an event was on. Without a map the route we took happened to be the Blue course. Dog want to pass all the kids on the course that were ahead of us.

Putting out and collecting controls for the final night o event of the OWLS Not sure of climb or distance but weather was great albeit a bit of a cold breeze on the saddle between Ainslie and the next hill. Good turnout for the event with 3 current or former australian team reps. Would have had a GB rep but he could not find his light battery when he got there. Events have been fun to help Liz and Kay organise.

Included crocodile lunges. Doubt crocodiles would do that exercise tho.

Fremantle Doctor arrived early today with a strong westerly wind blowing, and a head wind on the way home. Even waves lapping over the edge of Lake Burley Griffen near the yacht club. Thought Brad would break wind for us but no joy as he held back and the rest of us took turns on the front of the Peleton of 4. Sunny conditions tho which made up for the wind. Nice coffee at the usual half way mark.

Peleton of 2 sans Peter - weather was so perfect had to go for a ride even tho it was unscheduled (for the biking group) - radical move. Rode with Vern and stopped for coffee at the The Dock - a new bar/food place/coffee shop on Kingston Foreshore. Probably the smallest boat dock possible directly in front of the place. Lake was very still and some autumn colours in the remaining leaves - temp was around 16 to 18C. Nice.
